This is me, Matty Riches, the Founder of Tetra Zebra writing this at 19:48 on Monday 5th August 2024. The business is launching on the 29th of November and I have been thinking of the best way to make a purchase from us, risk free. Receiving exactly what you wanted is your expectation, that is why we have a scrub down guarantee. We are confident that we have a product for any skin profile or scent, for any nasal passage out there.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tetra Zebra, as a new customer, you can contact me, the owner, within 30 days of purchase, at oioi@tetrazebra.co.uk and I will do everything I can to make it right. The solution may be a refund, or a replacement Block, it completely depends on the circumstances. We reserve the right to use our own judgement on each and every purchase.
For every product, I have tried to be as descriptive as possible to give any buyer the most realistic expectation of what they would receive, should they make a purchase.

We're bigger than the average soap and our aim is to help men get up to 30 scrubs to last the month (which we can't legally guarantee). We cure our blocks for 6 weeks which is longer than standard. This results in a harder and longer lasting block. They are built to last.
100% truly natural.
We make soap differently to the masses. We only use top grade butters and oils, like mango, cocoa & shea butter, to produce our incredible blocks of soap. Even the colours in our blocks are created by charcoal, clays and plants. Never dyes or mica. We don't use palm oil.
RECYCLABLE packaging.
We only use FSC Accredited material to produce our packaging. They are fully recyclable. The inks are vegetable based and the coatings & varnishes are water based. All from a carbon neutral supplier.
