Welcome to our Delivery Information page. Here, you will find all the details you need about our shipping process, delivery times, and costs. We aim to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your Blocks arrive safely and promptly.

Delivery is one of the most important aspects of any shopping experience. We all want to know how and when we are going to receive our goods.
DELIVERY REGIONS
England, Wales & Scotland Mainland
Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) *FREE WITH ORDERS OVER £50.00*

- Courier: DPD or EVRI
- Details: Our highly reliable and efficient courier service, DPD or EVRI, ensures your order reaches you within 1-2 working days. All deliveries are fully tracked, and you will receive a 1-hour time slot for your delivery, so you know exactly when to expect it.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Express Delivery (2-4 Business Days) *FREE WITH ORDERS OVER £50.00*
- Cost: £5.00
- Courier: DPD or EVRI
- Details: Our DPD or EVRI Express service ensures delivery within 2-5 working days. This delivery option is fully tracked for your peace of mind.
Northern Ireland
Due to the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which includes the requirement for Great Britain businesses to have an agent in Northern Ireland, we are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland.
GETTING YOUR BLOCKS ON TIME AND IN SUPERB CONDITION, IS ONE OF OUR MAIN PRIORITIES.
USEFUL INFORMATION.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- DPD or EVRI will collect all orders that are ready to be shipped from our business address, the next working day after your order has been placed.
- If you live in England, Wales or Scotland Mainland, her is an example: If you have made an order on Monday, your order will be collected on Tuesday and it will arrive next day delivery, on Wednesday.
- If you live in the Scottish Highland or Islands, your order will still be collected by DPD or EVRI the following day after your order has been placed, and they will aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the DPD or EVRI website.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- When working with couriers, it is inevitable that sometimes, things do not always go according to plan. If your delivery experience was not satisfactory, please do not hesitate to contact us here, or via our email at oioi@tetrazebra.co.uk, at any time. 100% truly natural.
We make soap differently to the masses. We only use top grade butters and oils, like mango, cocoa & shea butter, to produce our incredible blocks of soap. Even the colours in our blocks are created by charcoal, clays and plants. Never dyes or mica. We don't use palm oil.
RECYCLABLE packaging.
We only use FSC Accredited material to produce our packaging. They are fully recyclable. The inks are vegetable based and the coatings & varnishes are water based. All from a carbon neutral supplier.
BIGGER THAN AVERAGE.
We're bigger than the average soap and our aim is to help men get up to 30 scrubs to last the month (which we can't legally guarantee). We cure our blocks for 6 weeks which is longer than standard. This results in a harder and longer lasting block. They are built to last.
COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT.
We are small start-up business that is independently owned. We're not part of any major corporation, which means we get to focus solely on creating the best natural blocks possible.
